It very easy to get into a relationship. But, it’s usually very difficult to get out of one that no longer serves you and begin fixing a broken heart.

It appears as thought more and more marriages and long-term relationships are crumbling.

Take these steps how to survive a broken heart, if your relationship just came to an end:

1) To never look at a relationship (or anything else) that didn’t work out as a failure:

Just because you had a breakup, it does not mean you failed in the relationship. Neither does it signal the end of ever being happy. You should rather see it as an chance for you to find your soul-mate. So many successful people would never be where they are now, if they never embraced their failures. So accept what happened and fix broken heart.

2) Look forward to what is still to come:

As Tony Robbins says “Your past does not equal your future. Sometimes after a separation, we find ourselves dwelling in the past, our thoughts consumed with that other person. You will begin fixing a broken heart when you start thinking and writing about what you want for your life.

3) Know and understand that there are no “accidents” and that everything happens in divine order:

Every thought, every moment, every action, every relationship and every event that happens in your life, happens to propel you toward your next phase of learning how to survive a broken heart and experiencing personal growth.

4) Accept your role in the break up:

In figuring out how to move on from a broken heart, you need to stop blaming your partner, the circumstances or whatever else for the breakup. You need to accept that you played a part in the breakup and, therefore, you are equally to blame for things not working out.

5) Learn from the patterns of the past:

You need to acknowledge everything that happens in your relationships, so that you do not repeat the same mistakes in the future.

6) Be Grateful for the experience:

You should also be thankful for the relationship and what it taught you. Even if it ended badly, thank your ex for what they helped you to learn, and it will be easier for you to fix broken heart.

Fixing a broken heart after a failed relationship can be very hard to do, but if you follow the above steps, it will be a little easier to move forward and attract the ideal partner into your life.
